    My stay at Homestead Boca Raton-Commerce was sorry. I arrived and was given a room with no door knob on the interior. Luckily I did not close
    the door when I checked the room. Then the second room the bed was hard and the coffee maker did not work so I had to go get coffee from
    McDonald's. Never again will use this service to reserve a hotel/room.
    I will use Choice Privileges from now on.

  • Cheap hotel w/cheap service.

    First time I was there I ordered a non-smoking room and they gave me a smoking one. I went back and they told me they had no others...Why didn't they tell me this in the first place... Second time I stayed for a month. Even if I was first in line, phone customers always got their attention. Sometimes I had to wait after several calls before ...
