This hotel was fantastic; the front desk clerks were very helpful and the rooms were very well maintained. Location is superb and very close to the Irvine Spectrum and Verizon Amp. I will definately stay here again!!!

This was the dirtiest, most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed in. DO NOT STAY HERE! The carpet was sticky and filthy; the sheets were dirty and torn; the telephone was broken; the TV remote control was broken. After seeing a couple other rooms (similar condition), I ultimately left.

Wife recently stayed on business/training trip. The bed was like sleeping on cardboard. Another guest confirmed the same complaint about the bed. Also, standard items like shampoo are not to be found - there was a bar of soap, though. Nor is there a hair dryer.
Rooms aren't cheap enough to justify staying here.
