We loved this hotel and the service that was provided to us over the Thanksgiving break. The hotel was helpful at checkin regarding security advisories, including use of the room safe. I strongly advise all travellers to take heed, based on our unfortunate experience with valuables casually left out in the room.

Never in my extensive travels have I had a similar experience.
