Stayed her for 4 nights at the end of October. It's a great hotel in a very central location right beside Stephen's Green and the shops of Grafton street. Staff are very friendly and our room was wonderful.

Not worth it!

A lovely hotel situated on St Stephens Green. When we arrived, our room was not yet ready, even though it was three in the afternoon and management did nothing to compensate for this. Our room was everything that we hoped it would be: large, comfortable, with beautiful colors and an amazing view. The only drawback to the room was that it was on the ...

I recently stayed at the Fitzwilliam and was very impressed by the hotel. In short, it was everything it should have been for the price. It is extremely well located, well decorated, very comfortable, and quiet. Everything about my stay there was very pleasant, and I would recommend the hotel.

STOP! Don't book a room there!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/27/05
The staff are rude and ineffective. the rooms are very noisy. At £240 per night, a night of being kept awake by other guests using their bathroom is not on, only to be told by the staff that there is nothing wrong and not help you. There are other 5 star hotels in Dublin - go to them instead.

Felt at home

Spent over two weeks at this hotel. The staff was so friendly, they started to recognize us all the time. We felt like we were at home away from home. The rooms were a bit minimalist, but felt very clean and comfortable.
