Bistro Basque is a fabulous restaurant. Unlike so many other restaurants in downtown Milford, this one is for grown ups. The food is excellent: we have eaten there four times and never been disappointed. The wine list is sophisticated and unusual; many Spanish wines that are new to us, but extremely good. The service is impeccable.
