I enjoyed the room but thought the go green was 'nasty" who wants to use someone else towels or bed sheets...totally nasty...come on for the money a person paids for the room you can at least wash the bedding!!!!

We will never go back to this hotel. First was the parking situation. We were only alloted one spot per motel room even though we had two cars from coming in from two different parts of the state. We were luckly enough to get a room here when all the other hotels/motels were sold filled up. The location was close enough to walk to all the events we attended. The room was nice, clean and had all the things we needed. The staff were very nice and well informed. I would recommended this Hotel if you need a place to stay in the down town area.

MANAGMENT was very rude, intimidating and unprofessional. The world hospitality does not exist in their vocabulary. Traveled all over the US, Canada and Mexico. Never had an experience like this one.
Would like to spare anyone a terrible experience like we had. Very disappointing!

I stayed here after a wedding....and one other time...it was just great!!! I'm from La Crosse but moved away 10 years ago...this hotel is my first choice...in a convenient area...right in the smack of downtown...food close by, events, taverns...great place and way above the standard Holiday Inn.
