Harbor Views are great..but avoid the other side. Harbor access is the only reason to stay here!
Hotel was filthy. Room was never cleaned. Found an empty bear bottle on the balcony. Mud tracks remained untouched for 2 days! Heard other people complain!
The Internet computer is also just a shame. Time to replace it, Holiday Inn management! Breakfast was really marginal, unless you like the suggar rush!
I would look elsewhere for a hotel!

Super expensive for not that big of a room (deluxe room, $199). The steam shower was a bit silly. The normal shower head itself was nice and the steam being fully enclosed was amazing, but all the jets and “waterfall” were unnecessary. We stayed in one of the apartments for a couple nights as part of our 2 week trip around Alaska.

a) How do they call this the Harborview hotel? The hotel is 5 blocks in from the harbor and there's no view of the harbor. The apartments ARE right across the street from the harbor. But most people are in the hotel.

This was a great place to stay. Clean and quiet. Staff is really helpful and nice.
Rooms are comfortable and clean. We requested a ground level and got it, so that was nice.

Great place to stay ... I would pay to stay there again! Clean, well taken care of rooms, well maintained grounds, excellent location and a great staff. The owners are most helpful, knowledgeable and well informed. They made me feel like a number one customer.
