We only stayed one night, but it was a great experience. The lobby with the fireplace was so cozy and the staff was very friendly.
My kids enjoyed the indoor pool too.

Rooms were clean and neat. Beautiful lobby area with lots of seating for groups. The waffles on the breakfast buffet were great! Eggs and sausage on Sunday morning were a great addition, also.

But there is no jogging track at this hotel! The internet has it wrong!!! Will stay again!!!

I have stayed here 2-3 times a year for the past 6 years. I have stayed at all of the decent hotels in Boone and this is the clear winner. Friendly staff, great breakfast, great location and the rates excellent. Plus you can get a jacuzzi suite to spice up the trip. The place is like a ski lodge when it snows with the huge fireplace and cozy lobby.

I work for Comfort Suites in another city in the kitchen and dining room and must say that the one I went to stay at in Boone was wonderful...I was very interested in the dining room attendant seeing that thats what I do and see how she did her job which I must say she did an excellent job on and her personality was great as well...I really enjoyed ...

We took our child and Inlaws to see the fall leaves. Our stay here could not have been better. Comfortable, Great breakfast, even the sleeper sofa was pretty good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The indoor heated pool made for some great time in October. We loved it. I highly recommend this place to families! It was centrally located so we could go off in different directions different days. Most of all, it was very clean.

The room and lobby were gorgeous. The breakfast was delicious. The 2nd shift desk clerk seemed to be a little caught up in personnel business and was a bit rude.

This is a very nice hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. Maybe a little overpriced. Great location for sight seeing, shopping and good places to eat, however DO NOT use "Boone takeout express". Very poor service and the owner and his staff were all very rude...! Otherwise we will return.
