As in most hotel the checkout time is 12 noon on the weekend. I was hoping to sleep until about 11am but was awaken with a several taps at the door around 9:55am. I would love to stay here again
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/08/09
the hotel was great. Our room was so nice and clean we were on the 33rd floor so it was a great view. The staff was really friendly and helpful. the only down fall was if you wanted to park your car and leave again later you had to pay for valet which was quiet expensive.

the hotel was great. the room was great. the food was great. the pool was great. the service was great. i would stay here again. not that far from the michgan ave.

You pay extra for everything. Rooms are a little thin walled, could here people during the night easily. Doors seriously need to be oiled, sounds like a haunted house ...

Thanks to our concierge Tony, he put us in a most acceptable room and basically saved our vacation. However, on our second day there we had accidently forgot to take our camera out of the car and a valet stole it. Even ...
