Starting with the poorly understaffed and disorganized Valet staff, we eventually made our way to the pool where we were told several times over the next two hours that they had "run out of towels"... all the while our kids were freezing. The sign "no life guard on duty" in the FILTY pool meant nothing as over priced alcohol ...

My husband and I recently stayed at this hotel for our anniversary. There was a small mistake in our reservation and we were upgraded to a nicer room free of charge with no hassle at all. The beds were comfortable and the rooms came with ALL the amenities.

From a physical perspective, Moody Gardens Hotel is both attractive and efficient. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools, suned on the poolside lounge furniture, and very much enjoyed the proximity to the attractions at Moody Gardens. Our room was comfortable, clean and well-decorated.

This is the most beautiful place for the price. We are always going to Moody gardens and revisiting the frequently updated attractions. We are looking forward to the new waterpark and the area is perfect.

When you walk in the front door the first thing you notice are the colorful parrots perched in trees growing in the lounge. Surrounding once large tree at the center is a pond filled with exotic fish and flowery plants.

Moody Garden Hotel is very comfortable. Has all the amenities I needed. Although it was pricy at times. We will certainly come back and stay again. The views were unbeleivable. The people at the front desk are so sweet and really took care of our needs.

THERE WAS NOTHING I DID NOT LIKE ABOUT MOODY GARDENS. IT WAS CLOSE TO EVERYTHING AND HAD A LOT OF THINGS TO DO THERE.THE PEOPLE ARE GREAT AND VERY FRIENDLY. CHECK IN WAS VERY EASY AS WE WERE JUST A WALK IN. GINA AT THE FRONT DESK WAS VERY VERY KIND AND FRIENDLY. I WILL NEVER STAY ANY PLACE ELSE WHEN I VIST AGAIN.
