Asked For A Roll Out Bed, Extra Pillows And Towels To Be In Room When I Called The Reservations In By Phone To The Hotel. The Lady That Helped Me Was Very Friendly Over The Phone. I Even Got There Earlier Then Check In And My Room Was Already Done... Check In ...

Staff was wonderful!!!! Beds are the most comfortable ever. Close to everything. My kids loved the pool because it was not too deep.We will definately be back!!!

This hotel was very clean, and had a great free breakfast (hot waffles, cereal, toast, fruit, breakfast sandwiches, etc.) The only problem was when I booked the hotel online, since I was not a rewards member, they tried to bump me out of the suite that I reserved, even though my reservation was guaranteed. I enjoyed everything about my stay. Staff very proffesional and knowledgable. Rooms were very clean (I would know I am a neat freak). Close to about 20 restaurants. About 10 minutes from Mall of America. My kids like that the pool was open late. Great rates too.
