How Nice!

Very nice stay, staff was very helpful and the place is cleaning up nicely. Can't wait to go back, we stay by accident this time just stopped very tired and pulled in here will definately stay again.

Our stay was awful from check in to check out ... Hotel was dirty and full of roaches and mice. The front desk was not helpful at all and could not be bothered when you had a problem.
Zero Customer Service!!!

The hotel should have paid us to stay there, and even if that happened, it wouldn't have made the stay any better. It was absolutely disgusting. Rooms were dirty, roaches came out at night, pool was green, staff was rude... Need I go on...

Stayed May 30th - June 1st

The Hotel and Staff were just Awful !!!

We had to clean our own room before we unpacked ... Roaches dead and alive all over our room.

The pool was awful as well ... Greenish brown just gross !!!

No Business Center ... Wireless Internet did not work.

Staying here! I usually stay at another hotel, but couldn't get a room due to unavailibility. When I first walked into the lobby, I was pleasantly surprised at the decor. It was short-lived, however when I stepped into the hall leading to my room. The carpet was old, stained and the air-freshner was so strong it burned my throat and eyes. The ...

We stayed at this hotel during Hurricane Katrina. What a blessing!! Not only did they reduce the cost of the rooms by half-they provided us with support, kindness and an overall willingness to help.
