Room has strong smell of mildew and mold. Run down in general. No gift shop. No food service after 10pm. No vending. No mini bar or in room snacks. Lunch only served at the bar. Breakfast buffet way overpriced. Menus badly stained. Restaurant and bar staff good. Front desk staff bad. Food quality for lunch and dinner is very good. Business center is a joke. Water taxi is a nice ride, to a fifteen walk, to downtown Charleston.
