The service was wonderful. I have used this hotel several times for incoming neurosurgery residents and professors for courses at a local teaching hospital.

Great service and privacy. Comfort and luxury were evident from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect for us to get to the show we were attending during christmas.
I was very happy when I stayed at this location. I was well rested after a night on the town then early to rush to the office. I was not pleased though with the brand of coffee for the room.
My personal experience at Embassy Suites Hotel has been excellent. My wife and I have celebrated a birthday or anniversary at the Beaverton location several times.Whether it was a quiet intimate dinner or a casual luncheon, the Embassy is the place to go.The food and service are excellent and the surrounding enviornment has a warm and cozy atmosphere.
We didn't get there until 11pm on our wedding night and they went out of their way to get us food from the kitchen even though they had already closed it. Very nice people and great service! We will visit again.

should be a 4 star!

Don't let the # of stars or the Embassy Suites name fool you. This particular Embassy Suites is above & beyond all others, and I've stayed at a lot of them. Located in an historic building, they have kept it very true to form, vintage, classic, and well cared for. A very international, professional & extremely helpful staff, especially ...

Old World Charm
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/16/05
This Embassy Suites is a converted hotel built in the late 19th and early 20th Century. It has a lot of the regal and old west charm one might find in older Western towns. The rooms are larger than most Embassy Suites and very nicely appointed. The morning buffet is also quite excellent.

Don't go to this hotel if you need just a little extra help.
Embassy Suites is an eye-opener on the inside. You almost feel like royality, that its until you ask for a little help. The front desk staff and management NEEDS SOME HELP WITH COMMUNICATION AND SENSITIVITY. Previous to checking in, I called to see if it was possible to get breakfast early because I was fasting (for my fasting I can't eat ...
We had our wedding reception at the Embassy Suites downtown and although the ballroom was lovely and the food delicious, the event planner didn't follow through on some of the service ammenities that we had requested. Also, we found he was difficult to get a hold of and. Still, our room was WONDERFUL and the event was WONDERFUL even if we didn't have some of the things we wanted.
