We made reservations for a jucuzzi room arrivved, paid in full with cash. When we aent to our room we discovered no jucuzzi we returned to desk and the manager was called. She instructed the clerk to not refund our money and refused to speak with us on the phone. needless to say the police were called and we were informed this was not the first time this had come up at this location. Kemah was great but next time we will stay somewhere else.
