Read a couple bad reviews--boy were they wrong! Staff went above and beyond to accomodate us--offered coupons, knew the area. Room was very clean and large. Microwave and refrigerator in room were great extra! Would absolutely recommend!

I booked on Hotels.com. They do not honor the room request. Could not find ionizer to rid room of smoke. No towels in pool areas, and only placed 5 when request made. Staff made referenceds about the "individual" who was the one to take care of such matters. The continental breakfast featured frozen items to warm...less than appealing. I would never stay there again.

When I went down to the pool area, the tiles on the floor were really dirty looking. I didn't even want to take off my shoes. It wasn't dirt from other people's shoes or anything. Loved everything about this place except for 2 things... #1 the built in hair dryer in the bathroom is very poor and would NOT dry my hair at all. This dryer had barely any heat or barely put out a breeze... #2 the swimming pool was too cold. It wold be wonderful if the pool stayed open a few hours later for adults only for quiet relaxation...

We go to Frankenmuth every year on our anniversary. We left this morning and I can't wait until next year! We had a jacuzzi suite. The room was romantic and very large! 2 rooms, french doors, large jacuzzi tub and very quiet hotel. This shoudl not be a ** hotel, it should be at lesat a ****.
