The continental breakfast was so much better than most I've seen advertised. They had bagels, french toast, hard-boiled eggs, make-your-own waffles, fresh fruit (well, that tasted a little funny), cereal, and some other stuff.

We were put on a smoking floor!!! As soon as the elevator opened, the smell was awful!
We go down to the front desk, they couldn't change anything, hotel was full. We were told that when you order over the internet, they will tell you that they have available what you want, when they don't. (non-smoking)

My family and I stayed for 3 nights in this hotel and had a wonderful time. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and quite large for this class of hotel.
