I have stayed at this hotel for several years, always appreciated good value and location. Last two trips, however, not comfortable. Asked for quiet room, was put at the end of the hall next to construction site (startled awake at 6 am to hammering racket, no apology), month later asked for quiet room NOT near construction site, phone to complain ...

the hotel was great. the room was great. the food was great. the service was great. the pool was great. i would stay here again.

We had an unfortunate incident with another hotel (they gave our room to someone else). So we called Ameritel Inn that afternoon and they had a room for us within a half an hour. No problems at all.
The room was clean. The exercise room and pool/spa was great. Breakfast was great. The business center was small but had fast connections and printer.
We always try to go to an Ameritel Inn ever since.

My wife and I travel often and always stay with AmeriTel Inn whenever possible. Excellent value for the quality of the room.
