I liked the service given by the employees. However, the room did need some maintenance as if you let the door slam shut the security latch would engage and the only way back into the room was for the desk clerk to enter through the window. Luckily I had left the window open and I was on the first floor. The employees need to be better train on how their wireless internet access works.
