hot tub was shut down on memorial Day weekend. No towels left in room (twice).
Girl at desk did not know how to check guests out. Several guests just left plastic keys at desk and walked away without a receipt due to the delays (30 minutes) spent on one patron. I would not stay at this hotel again.
