Awesome staff and hotel!!!!My mom and dad stayed there last week for their 40th wedding anniversary. No problems, I slept fineWe almost didn't pick it because of those negative comments but the place was normal, (clean, comfortable, friendly/couteous/helpful staff), and included breakfast with more than I expected - scrambled eggs (real), toast, and juice in addition to the usual coffee, doughnuts and bagels that most places have.

Very clean, comfortable beds, great complimentary breakfastOur room and hotel was very clean. There are two entrances into the parking lot, one at a traffic light to make re-entry onto the roadway less stressful. The staff was not only polite but helpful and friendly. HATED IT!We arrived late and they got my reservation WRONG! After I called and specified the room I wanted! I reserved a room on any floor other than the 1st floor! I was told I was on the 3rd floor. Well when I arrived I was on the first floor! I also was told that I had a 2 double non smoking room! Of course I got the complete opposite. Run awayI stayed here for ONE night for my aunts funeral and they gave me the wrong room! I had reserved 2 bed room. When we got there, they gave us a room for 4 people and one bed! Then told us that the hotel was totally booked! On top of that the room was a smokers room, when we requested a non-smoking room.
