The Best Western really saved our vacation. We were in town for the Ironman Arizona, and had previous reservations. However, the initial hotel was aweful. The BWI was nice enough to pick us up at the initial hotel and shuttle us to their location. In addition, we did not use a rent-a-car and fully utilized the shuttle to run necessary errands. ...
Very very good value for money. Stayed 1 night. The pickup at the airport was very quick. The staff were very helpful. They allowed additional time for check out and were ready to drop me anywhere I wanted to go.

The carpet was badly stained , the bathroom very small. The rooms are over priced for what they are!!! I will not stay here again , there are better quality motels at a better price.

I'd stay off ...
I thought the pictures of the hotel were much better looking the real thing. The pool and spa smelled like a bit to much chemical. I could smell the clorine from the elevator. I noticed there was a film on the wall around the hot tub area. It turned my stomach so we didn't use the spa area. The breakfest was good. We stayed on the third floor ...

Park and fly. Relatively new updating of rooms. Staff personnel very friendly and helpful but during shift change with airport shuttle driver, we were left waiting at airport because failure by someone to communicate we were expecting pickup. Hotel is hard to get in and out of from AZ Loop 202. When we last stayed, they offered complimentary hot breakfasts next door at Denny's.
