we visit this place last week and the security guard outside the casino ask us to leave and did not let us stay there. we tell him that he is taken bussines away from them but not care we will never go there again the security guard name given to us scott #58

Sunset station is an excellent place to stay, have fun, and have excellent meals, especially in the newly-remodeled Buffet.

Starting with the check-in lady, the friendly smiles, politeness and willingness to help are all positives as we look forward to our stay Memorial Day weekend.

The property was a good value, clean, and had good service. It is definitely in the suburbs of Las Vegas, which was important for my stay. My only complaint was that I requested non-smoking and was put on a smoking floor -- P.U. My clothing smelled like smoke after a 4-day stay on the property. The casino reeks too. Other than that, it is a good hotel.

Pros: Our maid service during the week was exceptional. Weekend service was good to but maid only did what was required.

Cons: A little pricy. No parking garage for hotel guests.

This place has it all. Herd about it from a person flying with us to VEGAS ,he said to try it at least once,we did and were heading back after New Years.

Sunset Station was more than accomodating during our last stay (7/2/06-7/7/06). Anything extra we needed was there just for the asking. Room super clean, bed was the most comfortable, staff more than helpful. We go to Vegas at least once a year, have stayed several times at Sunset Station, and don't plan on changing our reservations anytime soon.

Great place, Loose slots, Lots to do for kids! We will definately be staying here again! Rooms are clean, staff is very friendly, lots of choices to eat, Slots are looser than strip!

Been to Vegas many, many times, but must say I really enjoyed Sunset Station from every aspect, clean, safe, friendly staff, excellent dining. Going back this November, just to visit my money....lol.

They tack on a $4.95 per nite amenity fee for the availability of the exercise room and other amenities, whether you use them or not and the use of the phone in the room is quite pricey.

The staff is not the most friendly or helpful.
