    this is an average hotel w/ horrible service. They claim to offer wireless internet, but reality is...they DO NOT. Overpriced for what you actually receive.

    This is not a bad hotel. Not especially good either. Average service and cleanliness and a pretty good breakfast even compared to western standards.

    Though, 4000RUR per night is on the high side considering the service and the location.
