people partied all night, extremely loud, slamming doors all night, yelling, loud TV's. We did not get any sleep, complained, and was told, "im sorry" we cannot make people stay in their rooms. We were simply asking for some piece, and people to calmly shut doors after midnight. Nothing was done. I would not stay here if I had small ...
I stayed there for 3 nights, I was attacked by bed bugs every night, I put up with it the first couple nights and my last night there they went on full assault. I left with about 20 red welts on my body from the bites. Everything else was ok not great. I have a hard time believing I was the first to tell them about this since that bed must be totally infested.

The couple of good things I can say about this hotel is that it's inexpensive, easily accessible to Heinz Stadium, and the owner of the bar next door is very nice. I'm not one to typically complain, I'm very easy going and I travel for a living, so I stay in plenty of hotels.....but I wouldn't stay in this hotel again. The hotel ...
I had a laptop computer stolen from an employee of the hotel. The manager/owner stated they would reimburse me with free nights to equal the value of the loss. They didn't honor their statement. It was found that they didn't check any of the employee references. They also didn't run a background check or they would have found that this employee had a criminal record of drugs, theft, assault and endangerment to children
I travel to Pittsburgh on business often. I have been staying downtown but the prices were so high I looked for an alternative and found this place. It is just outside the Fort Pitt tunnel and it is easy to get into the city even if you are not driving. My room was small but had everything I needed. They have free internet, coffee in the room and ...
Me and a couple friends traveled to Pittsburgh to watch the Pirates play. We stayed at this hotel. It worked out real well. The price was right and they have a bar that has karoake on the weekends. There was three of us, we shared a room with two double beds and a fold out couch. It had a fridge and microwave in it too. It was a big room, clean and ...

BEST for Pirates and PNC park
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/14/08
This is the best place to stay if you plan on going to PNC park to see the Pirates. I come to Pittsburgh often and because my usual hotel was sold out, tried this one. It was very convenient, clean and economical. take the street car to downtown, you will miss the traffic and save a bundle on parking. i stayed in a suite, it was new and spacious. ...
We came to Pittsburgh to see Penguins Hockey Playoffs. I chose the Hotel because the trolley line goes right to Mellon arena. My family of 3 kids fit comfortably in their suite room. This was the most economical hotel to the arena. We loved the breakfast especially the waffles. I probably saved $40 on breakfast and parking alone! The staff was accommodating and the rooms were clean. I would stay at this place for all the hockey games.

location was on a main road and i did not like that it was hard to get in and out of it but overall it was a great place and value!!
We just stayed here two nights ago and I have to agree with a lot of what the other negative comments said. Our room absolutely reeked. I guess it was a smoking room, but I've been in other hotel rooms that weren't non smoking and they didn't reek that bad. You could see that screws were missing in various places- worst of all in the ...
