Hotel is very clean. The Breakfast is far above the standard continental breakfast offered by others. Staff is very helpful. Rooms have great ammenities and I have made this hotel my home base for my business travel to fort wayne. I have stayed here 6 time total and have not found a better value.

Great Service and value for the money! Fast friendly service. Stayed three times between June & Sept 2006. On one visit, the room key would not work after several attempts, front desk provided a large Suite w/hot tub for the inconvenience! Good location, very convenient to SW Ft. Wayne area.

Slow service, such as the front desk not answering the phone, or making wake-up calls is one thing, but their rudeness simply compounds an already marginal visit.

I thought everything was wonderful! It was right by the highway, gas stations, grocery stores, and places to eat! If we ever travel that way again i will definatly stay at that hotel!

My husband and I stayed here on our wedding night May 10 of 2003. When we arrived the desk clerk did not even greet us with a "Congratulations on getting married" despite the tux and big white wedding gown much less a smile. The next morning not one hotel worker smiled prior to our checkout. They could really use some work in customer service!
