  • Hotel has really gone downhill

    No towels (had to ask both days), no complimentary ANYTHING in the rooms, TERRIBLE customer service. This is NOT a HAMPTON INN like they answer the phone and ever since it has lost the HAMPTON name...the hotel is AWFUL. DON'T STAY HERE!!!
