I liked that this hotel was newly purchased this year and upgraded. I had stayed when it was a Holiday Inn, and swore I would never go back. It is now a Quality Inn & Suites, new owner, new staff, new everything, and we gave it a try. Really LOVED our stay.

Tried to book a room here for five nights with a king size bed. The woman helping me had no customer service skills what-so-ever and in a rude manner told me there were none and just hung up on me! I was still in the middle of talking when I realized she had completely cut me off. Never will I stay at a place where the employees won't even be considerate. I'll take my money elsewhere.

This was the first time i've ever stayed at this Holiday Inn Express, and it far exceeded my expectaations, the night clerk who checked me in was very helpful as well as courteous, the rooms were very nice and the location was close the I-10 freeway. I'm planning a trip back to take full advanage of the Las Cruces area and will stay with the Holiday Inn Express...Keep up the good work guys
