Staff was nice but hotel was older. Roaches in the hallway, spiders everywhere in the room. Room was good and room service was nice but not fabulous. One meal came with food missing.Gift shop and resturants closed one day I was there because hotel had low occupancy. Only a indoor pool. Very close to Emory a plus. Felt safe with parking.

We stayed over Christmas break and loved the decorations, they made us feel at home. I was concerned about the construction for the addition, but there were no problems with noise. Speedy check in and out. Guest services has some great team members such as Meg and Jenn. Breakfast was wonderful as well! My son will love going to Emory and I will be happy to stay there when I visit him.

From check in to check everything as exceptional. The concierge meet you at the door and are helpful from the start. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
