i called to make my reservation for our trip this year and the hampton inn staff that answered the phone was using fowl language during my phonecall with her ,i did make the reservation , she came across so negative and not very hepful.why is this alloweddd?

Speedy check-in. Okay room for Hampton. I've stayed at better ones. Breakfast was fine, but the coffee tasted weird. Check out was a pain because apparently the computer was down.

We have a really nice hampton in here in washington pa. I love there breakfast buffets. there the best!!!!

I love their continental breakfast and there is always something for the kids to eat. The rooms are clean and affordable and the staff is very pleasant.

The staff was very helpful, rooms was very clean, and a great location for travelers.
