I left an item in the room and when I called to have it sent to me (this took three long distance calls) I was told that they did not return items that were leftr in the room. I offered to give a credit card to pay for the mailing but they said no. I work for a hotel and we send items to prople all the time. I am totally amazed at the quality of your cuatomer service! Horrible!!!
