I actually work for this hotel and was told about this review but a potential customer, thought I might clarify a little of this information. What the two posters said about the billing issue was a problem with the credit card system at the time of their stay. I agree this Hotel will bill your credit card 6 months after you stay. The Hotel is Nasty and does not care about the customer

THIS HOTEL WILL DOUBLE BILL YOU

THIS HOTEL BILLED MY CARD WHEN I STAYED IN JUNE OF 2008 AND JUST RECENT THEY BILLED MY CARD AGAIN IN FEBUARY OF 2009. I HAVE MY BANK LOOKING INTO THE MATTER AND ALSO FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE CHAIN.

Looking for a last minute hotel in Pensacola during the first week in May is near impossible. This one was the same price as most of the others, but one of the cleanest that we've stayed in since their hurricane last year. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be using this hotel next time.
