    The place was so warm and romantic. enjoyed the history of the place. Owner one of a kind. nice to talk to. I will make it my access to New Orleans when I go.

    The home is wonderful, cool, grand, tasteful, and feeling like New Orleans. The owner, Cleo, is a fixture in New Orleans, warm, friendly, very knowledgeable on restaurants - herself a former restaurant owner.   • Proceed with caution!

    This is a great place if you love historic mansions with huge rooms, but don't mind the hostile demeanor of the owner and the fact that they don't make the beds!

    We have stayed there twice, going a 2nd time with the hope that the owner would be less brutal, but no such luck. Her nasty disposition ruins what could be a wonderful place. A real shame.
