Didn't actually get to stay here just got to pay for the room. Wouldn't let me stay due to my 6 pound little dog. They suggested I leave my dog in the car overnight. Offered no refund or assistance in finding another room. Horrible person at the front desk, she said they had no control over refunding prepaid rooms but Holiday Inn Corp said it was up to the Hotel not them. Do yourself a favor and skip this old hotel.
I stay at this hotel every six weeks for 3 days. I have never been disappointed. The staff is helpful and friendly. They have gone out of their way to meet and exceed my needs.
This hotel was very nice. We stayed there for about a day. Tennis courts nearby.Butte was beautiful. Only cons were no pool and the morning we were leaving I wanted to play tennis but there was a tournament for high schoolers. Otherwise it was a nice stay.
theres nothing to dislike thres a wondeful veiw and a wonderful crew and great food and beautiful rooms eveything is just wonderful the service is realy good one thing i dislike is not being there right now
With the all new carpet and bedding, it was a delight. The new idea of 3 sheets and no bed cover is great. The top sheet looks like a cover, but can be washed for sanitary reasons. I will stay there again when I go to Butte.
Their customer service is Excellent, we got extra pillows at midnight in a few minutes. They go all out to make you happy. Nice clean rooms, not outdated at all. Extra bonus is the 24Hr Dennys Resturant right next door that will deliver to your room.
The staff is friendly and professional. The manager, Ms. Pochervina, is as good as they come.
The broadband access was convenient and up-to-date, and many dinning establishments, such as sandwich shops, PizzaHut, Danny's, etc. are nearby. For someone who comes from a major metropolis, such as Los Angeles, it is not easy to be pleased. I have truly enjoyed my stay there, and shall be a repeat visitor given a chance!
This hotel is excellent. The staff went above and beyond to satisfy my every need. They have a card in the rooms that states if there is anything in the hotel that is not perfect, let them know and they will correct it. Words, can not express the professionalism, warmth and quality I recieved here. It was my second and not the last stay ...
