The entire facility was poorly maintained. The bathroom tile was still cracked as stated in a previous customer complaint (obviously unaddressed by management.)The room looked, smelled and overall had a dirty feel to it. The rooms impression was that it had been picked up but never cleaned.

We prepaid for four nights. We were given a room on the first floor. The following list sums up our experience:
-The website stated that this hotel had an indoor and an outdoor pool with hot tub- No indoor pool and the hot tub didn't work
-There was so much dust on the floor of the exercise room that my husband wrote his name in it
-Too ...

I wasn't vey pleased with this particular Hotel. I have stayed with Comfort Inn before, but this one wasn't very well acommodated. I stayed in the suite and the air conditioner didn't work and the room was non-smoking and still had a smell. And the bathroom floor was cracked. I wasn't impressed and neither was my guests.

so many restaurants near by,good location
but hotel did not give us extra towels for swiming pool.
I did not like that they copy my ID and credit card for record.
