The hotel is on a quiet part of river road. Close enough to the main stretch of shopping. But, far enough away to be relaxing. Staff was friendly and helpful with dining selections. Advised us what dining facilities were known for food poisoning. Very helpful!! Rooms up to date. Every room has a gas fireplace. Comfortable beds. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in a great location. It was within walking distance of everything. It is located at the end of River rd. which runs adjacent to the main strip and is not heavily traveled so it was usually very peaceful. had a very bad experiance with them and their contracted ageency over a reserved room. We made a reservation tru an agency and found oy a month later we did not have a rroom there. They blamed it on each other

We really enjoyed our time in Gatlinburg and much of that was due to being in a nice hotel room. We were close to town and walked to almost everywhere we wanted to go. Our only complaint about the room were the carpets. Our daughter ran around in her white socks and they would almost be black on the bottom before she went to sleep each night. Other than that the jacuzzi was nice and the fireplace was a plus.
