Dutch hotel of the year 2005???

Was dissapointed with this hotel given the price and the 4 star rating. Some of the things I was dissapointed with:
- very small room - view of scaffolding outside window - very warm room with no air con - was forced to leave window open where there was contant din of fan outside - no bath - no tissues. Toilet paper felt like sandpaper ...

We recently traveled to Maastricht. We stayed at this hotel and enjoyed it quite a bit. The location was wonderful...walking distance to anything! The one down fall was that they were doing a great deal of construction inside the hotel. Although this will be great for future guests, it was a bit of a problem while we were there. I can't ...
