This hotel was first class. The staff are very friendly and attentive from check in until you leave.

We only paid for a classic double however asked if we could upgrade on arrival - this is worth doing as we got put into a deluxe double and didn't get charged anything extra!

the service was horrible and we hav any acces to anything. they didn't even have warm water in the showers!! the food was horrible and no acces to anything, i will never go there again.

This is obviously one of the finest hotels in not only Milano, but the world also. Amenities are first-rate, and the staff is both gracious and professional.

Service from check-in to restaurants was excellent - friendly, knowledgable, VERY attentive. Spectacular common areas . rooms very comfortable and large - well appointed.
Dinners in the restaurant best I ever had - food preparation and taste 5 star. Classic hotel - my favorite in Europe.
