The hotel is basically Ok in location, as it takes only 10 mins to the scenic spots. but the metro station, named Mazoni, is unfortunately closed recently for renovation, so you have to walk to the next stop or take bus to Termini station.

Rooms were small, location was nice. Front desk staff- rude. We were charged for multiple PPV movies when we had only rented one. Even when I pointed out that several of the movies were showing at the SAME time on different channels, they refused to refund our money. The bathroom was dirty, and the hotel was loud. (I think our room was next to a conference room, where a teen youth group was holding a party until midnight.)

Arrived fairly early in the day but they allowed us to check in anyway. The teller was pretty cranky, maybe he was just having a bad day. From this location you can walk out to wonderful gelato shops, coffee shops, restaurants, & within 10 minutes be at the Colloseum/Forum area. As long as you are away from your room, you'll have a memorable experience.
