I found the staff to be rude and unhelpful. Until now I have had a good opinion of Best Western hotels, but this one lets them down. Stopping here ruined an otherwise great holiday.

Excellent location, very helpful staff, better than average breakfast. Near St. Mark's square, resturaunts, and the lagoon. Charming sitting area/balcony outside our room with a great view. The staff was very helpful with our luggage, water taxis, and dinner reservations. Probably the best money we spent.

best loacation to see venice and the lido Spotless hotel . rooms a little samll but due to teh age of teh building not surprising Simple but nice breakfast would use again!
