rooms super small,in need of renovations,roof top restaurant not in service.[that was the reason I had chosen this hotel] I will never go back to this hotel.[we have travelled to Rome 7 times]

The Atlante Star calls itself a 4 star hotel. It is not. The rooms on the virtual tours are not what you get. My room was postage size-small, dark and dingy. There was only one window which when opened had a view of dirty roof tops, hanging laundry, and all the pipes to the hotels sytems which were very noisy. The carpet was filty, the sink basin ...

This was the most disappointing experience we had on our entire 2 month trip to Europe. It is a disgusting hotel, with a rude and snobbish staff. That hotel was probably luxurious when it opened, 40 years ago! It is in desperate need of renovations, everything is soooo OLD! Locatoin was amazing. Sitting on the roof deck with a glass of wine watching the sunset over the Vatican was very relaxing after a hard day of sightseeing. Getting there was different. very charming!

We spent our honeymoon here in the end of September. The room was deluxe double room with Jacuzzi and view. Roof Garden restaurant was wonderful and the staff very kind. We travel often to Rome and we will go back to this hotel for sure.

terrrible hotel!!!!

have travelled all around europe and i must admit that by far this is the worst hotel that i have ever encountered.had booked for a king size bed delux room instead was put into a single bed room that would be no more bigger than 7sq meters.When reported the hotel personel tried to convince us that they have given a king size bed!!!No courtesy, no service,total crooks.....very BAD experience.
