Clean and good located, but bad service and ugly ambiente of the breakfast buffet.
We stayed there for three nights during our engagement.
- Wait 20 minutes and remind 3 times and you get your coffee in the morning. At least 1/3 of the buffet is always empty.

- Flowers not delivered to the room

If you expect and pay for a 4 star hotel, this one is definitely not the right choice.

We spent two weeks in the Tuscany area and arrived by train around 1:30 in the afternoon for our last night in Italy. We took a short cab ride to the hotel and settled in. The staff was well trained, gracious and helpful. The Spanish Steps are within walking distance. Across the street is Harry's Bar, always a fun place to visit. The Via Vento was a delight to explore.
