Skinny BalconiesWe stayed at the Hotel Electra (37°58.539N 23°43.987E). The man who received us and checked us into the hotel and took care of our every need wore a name tag that read: Aggelos. Fantastic!We loved this hotel. It's located in the heart of the Plaka with a stunning view of the Acropolis from the 4th floor, roof top pool. Our room was very well appointed and the plumbing was excellent, (if you've been to Greece before, you'll know that's a good thing). Pleasant, Convenient HotelPerfect location within walking distance (a bit of a hike, but pleasant) of the Acropolis. Restaurants, flea markets abound in the area. Hotel was recently tastefully refurbished for the 2004 Olympic games. View of the Acropolis from the rooftop at night is spectacular. Service was excellent.
