The rudest people work here. Front Desk people act like Gods, as if they are bestowing you with grace if they deem to speak to you. Manager ruder than front desk. The hotel could not give us the 2 bed unit we asked- saying they are all fully booked for despite our reserving one. Since we've pre-paid, they insisted on asking $60 more per night ...

Very convenient to the tube, we got everywhere we wanted without much hassle.
Room was small and the elevator made us walk up to the 3rd floor more than once. Good thing we were able. The continental breakfast was good to stoke up for a day of touristing. No dinners available.
The price is too high for what you get, but the Hogarth is included in eurotravel packages for far less than the hotel rates shown here.
