The rooms are very clean and have interesting style. It is quiet so you can have a good night's sleep. The staff is helpful and checking in despite an unusual amount of people at the time was much quicker than at any other hotel I have been at.

Overall this was a very poor choice. The location in a business park means nothing is conveniently reached from this hotel. At arrival we were given a sub-standard room (not sure it could be called a room) when we had reserved a larger room with a king bed. We were finally moved but the bed was only a queen. I've stayed there on multiple occasions on lengthy business trips sometimes over 30 days. The staff was always great, calling me by name and making special arrangments for me since I was a long term guest. The restaurant/bar staff were always very friendly and got to know my favorite foods and drinks. They'd ask for "the usual" or draw my favorite as i walked up and had it waiting for me.

Negatives: It was sometimes difficult to deal with some of the staff. They would seem annoyed with simple requests, such as asking for a menu. I stayed at this hotel for a good 60 days over 2 visits, and was able to get some of the staff to warm up as they got to know me.
