i hated this uuterly barbaric hotel it was unclean and dust every where ! i wil not go back again i loove nice but thes wass a no no



i wud have rather gone asnd lived in a card board box the staff were rude and un pleasent one of them sneezed in my food

it was unclean and the staff were very rude!!! I didnt like the food it wasn't my idea of a 5 star restaurant meal. I cannot believe i payed so much money for something that was very poor. I will not stay here again i would rather stay at home.

The hotel was a palace, I was treated as a queen! You negativers, the French were not snobby, that is called a stereotype and you should know better. The hotel indeed was flawless and I would go back in a hearbeat. It was underpriced for such a luxurious hotel.

The service here is impeccable, nothing was too much trouble for the spectacularly uniformed doormen and you felt welcome.
this is a museum as well as a hotel and "old French" taste abounds, people expecting corporate American standards will be disappointed,

Folks, ignore any bad reports on this place. It is absolutely stunning as viewed from the beach below and the sunset views are intense. It is a true "Palace" in every sense of the word. We stayed in early Nov 2005, got an offseason rate @ 300 Euro for a 4th Floor Suite overlooking the strip & the Mediterranean ... well worth every penny. ...

i agree there were way to many cockroches for a "5" star hotel and aswell as the french people, wow i couldn't believe how rude they were. the food was horrible and the staff weren't very nice at all.

The cockaroch's were EVERYWHERE. It was overpriced and the beds where hard and uncomfortable. Service was half-standard and the restaurant was full of snotty French people. The place has a cockroch infestation.

The rooms overlooking the beach are very noisy because of the traffic on the Promenade. The decor is a strange yet interesting hodgepodge of colors and mismatched furniture. The hotel has an incredible art collection, and an excellent restaurant.
