They do not honour a confirmed hotel booking. I made a booking via the internet way back in Feb 2007 for 2 double rooms for June 2007 & on arrival was rudely told that they had overbooked me so I had to shift to the neighbouring hotel. The tone used by the manager was extremely rude.
I would suggest no one patronise this hotel.

My partner and I found ourselves staying here by default as our party of skiers dwindled down to just the two of us.

This is the one of the best hotels in a ski resort I have ever stayed in. Very comfortable and friendly. Excellent location, very close to the lifts and only a short walk to the town center. Fabulous facilities especially the pool. The food was superb every night and the overall atmosphere warm and welcoming.The rooms were modern, clean and very comfortable. A great hotel for either couples or families. We can't wait to go back.
