I found it offensive they said they had a beach that is disgusting it is contaminaded so please dont say you have beach.

I just left this hotel today and I am guessing it under went renovations b/c this place is beautiful and the staff was wonderful. I had a one bedroom suite and I will definitely stay here again.

We had to live in this hotel for two months in January and February of 2007. The rooms were dirty and we had to move twice for bugs. i left my cell phone (very expensive) in the hotel safe.They found it kept it for me until my next visit..try this in some hotels around the world..

To me, the following are basics; that's why I believe it is not acceptable this can happen:

Once I called requesting a wake up call and they did not call me next morning.

On another occasion, for a whole week I did not have hot water in the mornings.

OK, things might have chaged but I spent six weeks in the Hotel Del Lago back in '92 and had no complaints (my parents stayed in the Hotel for 18 months so it can't have been that bad). If you are looking for the type if five star hotel you would expect on London or Paris then forget it, but for friendly staff, a comfortable stay and reasonable food it's not at all bad...

the rooms were not clean the siutes were not good.the service quality was not good at all. nobody before i was there and after liked the service too.
