It is right next to the beach as promised, but we had to go buy a bottle of Febreaze to spray the room as it smelled so bad. The stairway smelled like chlorine the whole time we were there. And you can hear every single noise in neighboring rooms.

Centrally located in Condado, near many shops, restaurants, and hotels. Half a block from the beach, Pizza Hut, Walgreens, and the Marriott Casino. No beach views, but the continental breakfast and free newspapers were nice. Bus on Ashford Ave goes straight to Old San Juan. Eat at the Argentinian place down the street.
