    arrived at 7:30 there was not room transfered to another hotel was told to come back the following day.when i came back waited 4hours for a room. pool, housemaid, restuarant all the services were excellent except administration. location was excellent.

    The Nacional was once an amazing place and a key landmark in Havana's wonderful history. The back veranda is fantastic and it is worth visiting for a drink here, but I don't think the hotel is nearly worth the 150 euro/night price at all.

    The halls and rooms badly reek of mildew. The bathrooms are old and rundown with intermittent bursts ...
